If anybody does forgery signature in the affidavit signed by a particular notary advocate, then this particular notary advocate also will become responsible for forgery act or not?

A.Hi client,
The person i.e the deponent is definitely responsible and for the notarial advocate it depends upon the facts . If proved, he can be liable too

A.If such signature was made at his instance and if he allowed to use his official seal and rubber stamp then Notary will also be held liable. Immediately lodge complaint with the authority who is issuing Notary License for keeping in under suspension. Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.

A.The person will surely be held responsible but the Notary Advocate's responsibility will depend on many facts and circumstances. You may raise a complaint against him but then you will have to substantiate that with evidences and his intention to commit the forgery.

A.Hi,
If by any chance, knowingly or unknowingly, the notary has failed to verify the affiant, then Yes, he can be held responsible for the forgery.
