I rented my house to a family without rental or lease agreement.Now I wish to vacate them from my property.Please advise me the legal process that I should take as a landlord since I fear that my tenant may create problems.

A.Supreme Court observed that ...."Thus, for five years the tenant shall enjoy immunity from being evicted from the premises," the court said. The court realized that in most landlord-tenant disputes, there were no written contracts and the tenants took advantage of the situation because of the slow process of rent control laws and the judicial process involved in eviction." A.Hi,

If you are not giving any recipe or there is not greementy then issue notice under section 106 TP Act thereby stating that you had allowed him as licence olive and now you are terminating his licence and he must vacate. After 15 days from the date of receipt of legal notice file case for mandatory injunction and possession.
