But now i have firgured out that we are not made for each other... i want to file a divorce but i don't have any money.... please help me out

A.Go to a nearby court and ask someone for the legal aid services. Approach them and they will get you a lawyer to fight your case.

A.Madam, minimum fee is required for filling case. For some poor free legal aid can be given.

If you both are agreed for divorce, then you can file a mutual divorce which is less expensive as you have mentioned in your question that you don't have much money, so please talk softly with your husband and convince him for mutual divorce under section 13B of Hindu marriage act. In mutual divorce case is time consuming.

A.You can Approch Free Legal Aid. Every District has a free legal Aid Service as well as Few NGO also provide such free legal Aid to needy person.

A.Status of you is not clear. If you are Husband than you need to file case by your own expenses. If you are wife you can get free legal assistance(Lawyer) through District Legal Service Authority.

A.Try and continue the marriage, as it is a sacred institution.
Have counselling / mediation etc., to get going, sort out issues if any by having an across table dialogue without touching ego of each other.
If possible get assistance of Psychologist.
If above does not work, you can go for MUTUAL CONSENT DIVORCE.
