A.Issue notice and enforce the terms & conditions of installment quickly.If need consult a lawyer to draft legal notice for recoveries of unpaid installment quickly.

A.Send that person a demand notice. Still if he fails to comply, you can takeover the possession of the car. Or if you have taken any cheque go and encash the cheque. If it bounces file a cheque bounce case.
