Can a pvt. company lease its car to other companies for earning additional profit?
If yes then what is the procedure.
A.Dear Sir,
You have to modify the Memorandum of Artilces and Articles of Association and also resolve to that effect to avoid fines that may be imposed by RTO. Further it is advised to take Lincese from the Transport Department and convert the vehicles accordingly.
