can i get IT return of my husband through RTI

hi,
as my husband is working with a pvt Ltd company,i need some evidence against his income.so can i file a RTI and get his IT return and submit in court.otherwise how can i prove his salary,is other ways are ther if someone working in a pvt company.

A.Madam,
Yes. You can raise a query under RTI Act about your husband's IT returns, salary details and later after getting them, submit them in the court. Recently, Madhyapradesh High Court passed a judgement saying that it is a wife’s right to know her husband’s salary details:
