Low network quality

In our locality 250 people are living and maximum people use vodafone network. But there are very low equality of network strength. We complain so many times to the organisation saing about details of problem. But situation is till now not change . I want to know that are we file pil about this matter ?
If yes how, where we can do it?
What is the proceess ?
Whats are required documents?
What is the fees?

A.Who are the complainant? what is the network terms & conditions of network supply quality. You can make application before your designated Consumer Forum with all the required documents.You can take guidance & help from a lawyer from panel of Vidhikarya for facilitating & defend the case.
