about getting central OBC certificate

Namaste madam/sir,
I am job aspirant belong to central OBC category. My parents are primarily school teachers and their combined income exceeds 8lakh rupees, also we have no other income source.Whether am I eligible to get central OBC Non creamy layer certificate?

A.My advice was to you have to visit the tahasil office with all documents required includes income certificate of your father & make affidavit if required & apply for the Non creamy layer.
