Name change according to caste

Hey.. I have all my documents with a different surname and my caste certificate with my original caste surname. I have even a affidavit which states that i have changed my surname from my earlier name to the surname on the caste certificate. But as a result my all certificates are with previous surname. And only the cast certificate with second surname. Will there be any problm regarding this? And if i apply for a job with which surname should i apply?
