Legals to be done to start a MLM company

I am a young entrepreneur with a skill creating softwares and mobile applications and have started doing a small level business related to softwares.I have a idea of starting a MLM in India and I have started creating softwares for that.The legals are pending.So kindly give a approximate quote for the entire legals required to start an registered MLM.
