FEW MONTHS AGO I HAVE LEFT A PARTNERSHIP BUSINESS BY MUTUAL CONSENT BEFORE LD NOTARY AFFIDAVIT AND PUBLISHED IN NEWSPAPER, WHERE HE HAS TAKEN ALL THE LIABILITIES OF THE COMPANY ACCOUNT WILLINGLY. BUT AFTER 4 MONTHS MY EX- PARTNER WAS ASKING ME FOR MONEY (ACCORDING TO HIM HE HAS MADE LOSS IN BUSINESS) AND MENTALLY HARASSING ME OVER PHONE THAT HE WILL SUICIDE WITH A NOTE MENTIONING MY NAME. SO I HAVE GIVEN A DIARY MENTIONING ALL THE DETAILS WITH CALL RECORDINGS. SUDDENLY 2 DAYS AGO HE HAS TRIED TO SUICIDE BY HANGING HIMSELF AND LEFT A NOTE WHERE HE HAS SAID I HAVE BETRAYED HIM. HE WAS SERIOUS AND ADMITTED IN HOSPITAL, BUT NOW HE IS DISCHARGED & PHYSICALLY FIT. BUT NOW POLICE IS REGULARLY COMING TO ARREST ME/PARENTS AND WE ARE RUNNING ONE CITY TO ANOTHER AND OFF MY PHONE. WHAT TO DO? PLEASE HELP ME ASAP.

A.1. Until and unless police register FIR against you, they do not have right to come to your home and harass you / your parents.

2. I strongly believe that they are trying extract your money.

3. You may file complaint with higher officials of those police officials who visited your home and harassed you.
