If the matter is under sub-judice can any action be taken in the same matter against the party involved by any appropriate authority. Kindly advise the exact legal position.

A.Criminal and civil proceedings can go at the same time.For a better opinion, take personal opinion after showing copy of relevant documents.

A.No action can be taken by the party if same is sub-judice. if the party takes any action same will be contempt of court
