Property - Power of attorney for rent

hello, I am moving out of India in few days and I want to transfer power of attorney to my brother so he can rent out my flat. Now I am in Pune and my brother is out of Pune.I learnt that me and my brother need to be physically present at registrar office. Does this process need to be done in Pune only or anywhere in India I can follow this process?
Property which needs to be rented out is in Pune.

A.Dear,
As your flat is in Pune, the power of attorney given to your brother has to be executed before the jurisdictional sub-registrar's office only i.e., before the sub registrar under whose jurisdiction the property is. The power of attorney so executed in favor of your brother's name, needs to be registered to avoid possible complications in future. Yes. You both need to be physically present at the sub registrar's office to register the power of attorney.

A.U can execute unregistered power of attorney in favour of your brother from any place of India to give power to collect rent from tenant and to do other acts except sale

A.Power of attorney must be executed in pune.even stamp paper should also be purchased from Maharashtra only.

A.The power of attorney needs to be done in Pune only being the jurisdiction of property. You need not go for a registered power of attorney, even un registered also will do.
