Molestation
There had been a quarell between my mother and other individual over a small issue. In the beginning it had been in limits but all of a sudden he started to use bad words(not purely abussive). It had made my mom psychological depressed. I also don't have any clipping of the incident as a proof. How can I take action against it?
A.Dear Sir,
For criminal cases oral statement of you and your mother is sufficient. Lodge police complaint or private complaint.

A.File a complaint with police. The statement of your mother will be sufficient and there is no need for any eyewitness in such a case.
