third party compensation

I meet with an accident in year 2016, in which two people got hurt (major). After one person filled case against us and Insurance for compensation. he won the case insurance paid compensation of 1 lakh. Now the same advocate influcend other person, they have filled case now.
So please let me know, since 1st case compensation paid the insurance, even second insurance is laible to pay OR how it works

A.Yes. The basic is indemnity against the loss and compensation is the benefit for injured.

A.You need not to bother for it as it is a case between insurance and claimant. Insurance would surely object for it. If you receives notice from the court than mark your appearance amd file a detailed written statement through your lawyer.
