Manager Pressure
Posted 2 years ago
My manager is pressuring me every day just because I spoke with HR, she started insulting me every day through email copying my team members. Escalated HR management but no support. It's impacting my peace every day. I found IPC section 504 as a relevant form of filling a case against her. How do I proceed further, can I go to near by police station and file my complaint or any other suggestions?

A.I would suggest you please talk to senior management or forward a request for transfer to another location. In most of the good organizations, they have a grievance management system. You can also try to raise your grievance in writing to the higher authorities. They will surely try to solve your problem. You can talk to me for more specific suggestions.
