Groom sir name added in marriage certificate

I recently got married and applied the marriage certificate and my wife doesnt change her sir name but in
My name “Bhardwaj” added in marriage certificate so, my name become “Anand Kumar Bhardwaj” but in my name “Anand Kumar “ there in all documents of even passport.
Will this create issue for me and my wife in future like officially traveling to other country or any kind of benifits?
Please suggest and give solution what i have to in case this is problem in my future

A.Yes it may create issue for you in future ... so get it reactified from the concerned authority
