Hi I have taken a distribution of products from a noida based company of educational products.Now the products are not good and support is also bad.so I want to discontinue from that company.
1.Now can I sue them for the return of money I invested?
3.Can I ask for compensation also?
2. I am from Kerala.where will the jurisdiction be for this case?

A.if there is any contract in this regard and the company is not performing as per the agreed terms you may file a criminal case of 420, 406 of IPC for cheating and misguiding you and misappropriated your money.

A.Yes you can sue provided you have all the details to prove your issue with the company.There will be no claim for compensation.The jurisdiction will be the Company jurisdiction.Better to take help from a professional Lawyer to safeguard your interest on all aspects of the issue quickly.
