Can one person be a partner in more than 2 firms( Tamilnadu, India)

If yes, he/ she can take their share/profit/salary from 2 firms.. Upto how many firms one person can able to be a partner by law.

A.Yes but there should not be any conflict of interest with in the firms

A.Yes. under the law Provided there is no adverse interest of partners in firm.Further there should not be any restriction in partnership deed on partner becoming partner with vested interests.

A.One could be a partner in as many as firms he wants subject to condition that he will not engage himself in a partnership firm that is having a business of similar type with another.
