Can I get your advice to go for an PIL in 8way Greenfield project
How the environment board forest department given clearance to this project which is going to cause irreversible damage to the environment and destroy the livelihood of lakhs of poor farmers and tribals

A.The PIL is filed in the High Court so you may file a PIL in HC by making the company and Environment department as respondents. If dismissed by the high court you will get to go to NGT with a fresh petition.

A.You can file a PIL in the interests of poor farmers and tribals before Hight Court of Madras. I think this is acquiring for Saleem - Chennai highway.

The PIL can be filed when the interest of public are affected at large. So you can file PIL for and behalf of other also. Before filing PIL you need to collect complete details of the affected parties and how their interests are affected. Please keep it mind Highway is also the responsibility of the government. So we need to convince the Court that larger interest of people is affected by this acquisition proceedings.
