A.You may file an application before the court to varify your signatures through writing expert.
And as far as the false agreement is concerned file a criminal complaint before court under various sections such as 420,467,468,471 IPC. And also file an application under section 340 of Cr.PC before concerned court.
For all this it is much necessary to very your signatures from writing expert first

A.Yes, the case is strongly in your favor since you have submitted the original agreement in your favor and also the signature will not match. The landlord has nothing in his favor to proof, as per details provided by you. No need to worry...

A.Your case is really strong. If you are sure that they have forged your signature you can request the court to send it for expert opinion. If courts finds that the document is forged then court will refer the matter to Magistrate for taking criminal action against that person.

A.Court can just take a glance to find similarity in signature and unless it is proved lawfully that landlord has forged your signature, your claim can not be substantiated in eviction suit. Even Court is helpless on this issue. Legal formalities and proceeding a with a proper strategy is important to win on the part of tenant in eviction suit. Just saying landlord has forged signature of tenant in rent bill is not a proper defense in eviction suit. At the best, by proving forged signature on rent receipt can be a ground for criminal prosecution.
