Our 5 guntha Agri Land is using by someone for the last 20 years and Not giving us back. All the documents are clear. How should we get it back from him legally?

A.Hi,
Illegal occupation of land is an offence u/S 441 of IPC which lays down provisions for criminal trespass. You should file a complaint with the revenue inspector of your area.

A.Hi,
You may consider filing a complaint with the revenue inspector of your area. Illegal occupation of land amounts to criminal trespass u/S 441 IPC.

A.You can file a case in The revenue department as well as you can file a civil case on the ground of a specific relief act.
