About Coaching centre name

A coaching centre named "ABC Academy" already exists and now I want to open coaching centre named " ABC Classes". Can there be any conflict with registration later?

A.Yes ! But you should not use deceptive trademark or trademark similar to the rival coaching centre i.e ABC Academy.

A.Names are different. No problem in opening coaching centre.

A.Unless one of you or both of you are interested in trademarking the name, nothing. But if you are interested in trademark, please file your application before him or you can look for any alternate name. In fact, he can stop you from using that name only if he has a trademark already.
