Loan services charges from pvt bank agent

I am taken home loan from pnb bank at that time, builder tell me about one bank loan servicer which has not bank employee he is loan broker. he take my document and send to pnb housing employee and after loan saction he said to me before loan disbursement give me loan service charges 15k in cash. but he did not tell me before loan saction or first meeting and no any brochure. then at the time disbursement i give 8k in cash and 5k PDR cheque. but as per my konwalge without information he did take any service charge. i have whatsup chatting details. Can i file case on him and give refund my money. please reply.

A.Write a complaint letter to banks grievance cell and also a copy to the banking ombudsman

A.Better to issue a legal notice to him to refund the amount collected from you.

A.These are the channel partners of banks and Bank provides Commission for their services any not to charge the customers directly for the loan disbursal whatever you have paid in cash now just forget it and don't be any other account

A.Hi, as per your brief, there is no such services allowed by any bank with other than banking charges. You seem to be misguided by that person with malafide intentions to extract money from you. You can file complaint to local police station and simultaneously write a mail to grievance redressal team to redress your issues.
