I am separated from my husband it was not legally married this was my second marriage. I have two kids elder is 9yrs daughter from x husband and 5yrs son from him. Now he is making problem always through court and case. He not helping us in any ways for past 2yrs. I want my son to get out from him fully what can I do., he is a hemophillia sever patient

You can file the maintenance case.
Moreover don't disclose this fact that you are not a legal wife.
Let your husband proof this.

A.Your question is not very clear. Which is marriage you say is invalid? The marriage with the father of the children you mention or any other person?
