Hi, my son is in 5th class in a CBSE school. His teacher is hitting him with duster and uses abusive language every time he makes a mistake. What can I do if the school is not taking my complaints serious. Please help

A.file a case against teacher in the nearest police station and same need to be submitted to State educational board.
Teacher will be suspended or dissmissed

A.Every state is having a women and child welfare department. Complain to them also.

A.Lodge a complaint with police and also send s separate complaint to Directorate of education/ district administration as applicable for cancelation of permission to run the school.
