We have taken non residential property loan from a private sector bank. Without our consent and knowledge, amount of Rs 1 lakh was transfered to insurance company. It has been more than 8 months since we are writing to customercare o f the bank to cancel the insurance and refund the money but with no effect. What should we do ?

A.If while signing the documents of loan any such term of inusrance for the housing loan was in documents the Bank would be right in transferring the amount of premia, otherwise not.

A.Sir,
File bank ombudsman and then file consumer complaint.

A.Send a legal notice to them stating all facts and circumstances therein and claiming your relief.
If they do not reply then file a comsumer petition before consumer forum

A.Send a legal notice to them and a complaint letter to banking ombudsman.
Then file a comsumer case.
I would not mind filing a criminal case od fraud and cheating against tje bankers too.
