Hi,
I have bought a flat with a reputed builder in nalasopara.(sheetaldeep complex)
I was forced to get the stamp duty and registration done in order to get all the documents for availing the home loan however its been 2-3 years from getting the registration done and yet i havent got the blueprint of my floor as they are still deciding whether the building will be built above 9th floor or not...
Please suggest as to what can be done as the builder ia giving an option to move to 9th floor based on cancelations
