If we win case file 498a, then if compromise , I go to live again my matrimonial house, if they again try to tourture me, can I do again file 498a case?what will action then? Should I do compromise and go to live at matrimonial ?

A.If you are asking about the Law, you can file 498A against your husband any number of times, So also you can compromise with him any number of times. There is no limitation or ceiling in law for these two.

A.There is no bar in filing complaint. But i think police would not act on your complaint and they would give refrence of previous case and will close your complaint.
Better to file DV act complaint in that scenario.
And also i suggest you to not to withdraw your 498A case. First you go to your in-laws house and stay there and see there behaviour, if they remains good than suffer your statmemt in their favour

A.If they again torture you you can lodge a fresh complaint mentioning that they asked for compromise and again repeating the same things.
