Regarding play ground

Sir/madam,
We want to put badminton court in public park in front of my house which is not completely developed yet but in mysuru city corporation office they are telling if any one abject , we must remove the badminton poles my question is it legal to put badminton court in public park

Badminton is an indoor game and the park is for public. Although nobody can stop you from playing it but making permanent court without permission is may be a wastage of your money because your municipality can take action on any complaint. But I dont think anyone will complaint unless you stop someone to play badminton court.

A.If ir is public park then you have get permission from the Municipality/coporation.
