ssue with returning a product which was wrongly sold.
Hello Sir/ Mam,
My name is Sujith and I reside in Bangalore. I recently purchased an All-in-One Desktop from Chroma in New BEL Road in Bangalore. While purchasing the product I had clearly mentioned the specifications about having a 8gb RAM and 4gb Graphics card for my gaming purposes and they sold me a Lenovo Desktop(https://www.lenovo.com/in/en/desktops-and-all-in-ones/ideacentre/aio-500-series/AIO-520-24-Intel/p/FFICF520277) where it clearly states that this model only has a 2gb dedicated graphics card. When i approached the store assistant said that Lenovo service specialists need to visit my residence and deem the product as defaulted for them to replace this to another device. The support people have contacted me for various other issues i had with the desktop including the audio/mic jack not working properly which was sorted but a fix is not what i am looking at. I have clearly been sold something which is not meeting my requirements and now am being asked to pay EMI's for it. I am not really ready to pay for a product which does not serve my purpose. I would really appreciate for any feedback on how can proceed with getting this issue resolved.

And non payment of emi would only affect your cibil score amd it would not affect Lenovo in any manner whatsoever.
Yiu must issue a legal notice tbrough a lawyer to them stating all favts and circumstances and also the harrasment amd loss caused to you by thier act.
If they do not respind then file a consumer complaint in consumer forum.
Hire a lawyer for that purpose
