Dear Sir / Ma'am

Warm Regards

I have worked with one school from 17.07.2017 and left on 4 May 2018 , they have promised to release remaining payment after 45 days of releaving

Now I am approaching them since 19.06.2018 ... Still they are not releasing my remaining payment

What is the possible way to get remaining payment

P.S : I have my joining letter , releaving letter , last 2 month biometric attendance with me

School located in south Delhi

My residence is in south Delhi

Please guide for the same

A.Send them a legal notice through your lawyer and if they fail to make payment, file a recovery suit

A.You can file payment recovery suit into court. It might be take time to recover your pending payment but would be better resolution.consult with lawyer and take initiative for recover your work money.
