About separation of ancestral property

If father is not ready to take his property right fromancestral property,then can i as her daughter can claim the property right?

A.File partition suit and out of your father's share you will get your share.

A.yes Y not but after your father as an copercenar in the ancestral property as per Mitikshara law. You have to wait for it if your father is not interested but keep one thing in mind abstain your father to gift it to any one of your family member
