My wife filed false FIR with 9 IPC INCLUDING 307,354,354A,498. Then filed interim maintenance of 30K per month till case is over.she was with me for 34 days in marriage n didn't hv any physical relationship.nor do we hv any child.my salary is around 42k.i am staying in Bangalore in rented house.
Wife falsely saying I demay to her 15 lakhs for higher studies n took 7 lakhs jwellery.
She is not working now but did diploma in journalism and was working till May 2021 then left. So, what are my chances of winning and just in case she wins how much per month I hv to pay.
As 42k in Bangalore is nothing.it spends like this.

A.You can file a petition for marriage to be "null and void " on the ground of your marriage is not consummated. Secondly, maintenance should be calculated on the basis of your income and other expenses and liability with that it also checks her education and work and ability to maintain herself. So we need more information for giving perfect advice for maintenance.

A.You dont have to pay a lot of maintenance.
You have to pay less for very less time.

But Cases you have to defend.
There are 9 IPC sections in FIR ? You already took anticipatory bail ?
She is still virgin ?

A.Hi,
The accusations levelled against you must be vigorously challenged in a court of law. For the same, get a good advocate. You can, however, seek mutual divorce, in which case the process will be simple and free of obstacles.
Thank you very much. Please give the answer a rating.

A.You have no option but to fight the case to disprove the allegations as levelled by wife. If one year of marriage has not expired then file case for annulment of marriage and if one year has expired then file case for divorce. For rest details are required to be examined to suggest remedies and also to suggest strategy to counter allegationsbas levelled by wife. Your wife is required to prove her case. Maintenance case can also be countered.
