Breaking service agreement Breaking service agreement

I'm a software engineer in an mnc. My service period is 3 years. I've completed almost 2 years working here. I want to leave the company now. But there's liquidity charges if I break the bond i.e., 2 lakh rupees. I can't afford that amount. But also not want to stay here. What is the best way for me to approach?

A.You can submit a conditional resignation requesting your valid reasons for not fulfilling bond terms & to consider as a special case to waive financial conditions. Better to consult a Employment & Labour and Service matter expert lawyer to take up all aspects of the issue & protect your interest quickly.

Thanks Rajeev for your quick reply. What if they won't accept and also they took a cheque from me when I joined the company. Is there any chance they might try using the cheque?
