A.An agreement between two companies, even a handshake agreement, is legal. However, depending on any supporting documentation and whether it involves real estate, it may or may not be enforceable.

A.Yes, an exchange of emails that satisfy the contractual conditions and duly acknowledged and consented by both the parties would lead to the formation of a valid contract.

A.Emails duly transmitted and acknowledged electronically are valid for service contract provided hard copy being served separately.
