A.Depends on the facts and circumstances of each and every case. But generally it takes 3 to 4 days

A.Will depend upon the 164 statement of the victim. Judges refrain themselves from giving bail before examination of witnesses. Offences are non bailable in nature. Don't move bail immediately wait for sometime let the IO submit challan. Then go for bail.

A.It depend upon case to case and allegation made in FIR. So send us copy of FIR.
I have get bail in such kind of cases on 2nd day in some of after 7 days. So it totally depend upon case to case... We would only able to guide you about seeing FIR so kindly send copy of FIR
