Hello I have a case of my wife, My Wife's Bhabhi has made an FIR on all my in laws and my wife also.. For family torturing wich i dont think is my wife's any involvement is there So.. We have a 2months girl child, the child cant stay without a mother.. So can the police arrest my wife?? Wich have a small baby.. What can i do for it? Thank you

A.There is no bar to arrest a women having small babySo apply for anticipatory bail immediately and will surely get bail.

A.Dont worry at all.
You should approach the High Court and quash the FIR in respect of your wife. It will be done.

A.An anticipatory bail application can be moved by your wife before the District and Session's judge having competent jurisdicti on and it is almost sure that the court will grant anticipatory bail. After getting bail ,your wife can file quashing petition for quashing of case .

A.Talk to the police to verify the facts. There is possibility that they would discharge you from all allegations. And of they does not do so than approach court for anticipatory bail.
