I enrolled myself for five year holiday plan from jukaso journeys.
They have not kept their commitments and are neither returning the money.....pl. help

A.You should send them a legal notice through advocate and then file a consumer case in the local consumer forum for deficiency of services. you have been cheated then lodge an FIR at the local Police Station against them and let the police take action against them.

A.Send a 14 days legal notice for refund of money with damage claims. If they don't reply or refund the money within the stipulated time period, file a complaint with the consumer forum. Parallelly you can file a criminal proceeding under Indian Penal Code for cheating and fraud.

A.Send them a legal notice asking them to return your money with damages. If they do not then file a comsumer complaint

A.First of all send them a legal notice prepared and drafted by an Advocate then file a consumer case in the local consumer forum for deficiency of services. If you think and that you have been cheated then lodge an FIR at the local Police Station against them and let the police take action against them.

A.how much money did you pay? Is jukasos journey a company? i can answer once you specify this because in case of compamys there are other remedies apart from filing a recovery suit. you can contact me if needed.
