A.Dear Client,
You may give GOA to any of your blood relations in order to mutation the property you have purchased. You must register it with the tahsildar's office. Although it is not required to have the property transformed in your name, you may do it whenever you have the time.
Thank you!

A.Dear Sir,
You may execute Power of Attorney in the name of your mother if she is staying back in Delhi or in favour of any of your friend or relative and thus you can continue to get mutation effected in your names.
