About physical, mental, emotional, financial harassment by husband

I have complained about my husband in family court. Today it was councelling and he said that he filed divorce case. He is not living with us from 20 days. Today in court it was decided to stay together for 15 days but still he doesn’t come at home yet. I called him but not receiving. What should I do?

A.What you have complained against him in Court ? nothing can be done against him for filing to comply with an order to live together except that you will get a favourable order in whatever you filed.

A.Dear Madam,
You may report the same to the Court on next date. Or advance the case tomorrow or day after tomorrow and report the matter to the Court.
