Domestic violence by in laws

I did love marriage and had a boy of 1 year old.I spent 4 years over there .In these year , my life was just like hell.During this time he took all my salaries.His mother and sister always planned against me.Everyday ,I was harrassed .These days I m living with my family.I got to know about him that he is planning to settle down in canada being a single.Thatswhy he wants to get rid of me .I dont want to live with him but I also dont want him to spoil any other girl's life.He told me to return my salaries by dedudcting all my and my son expanditure.I want your precious advice in this regard. Thanks.

A.Lodge a complaint under section 498A and Protection of Women from Domestic Violence. Get his passport impounded from the court so that he cannot leave the country. File a case for RCR and maintenance for yourself and your baby child. Get in touch with Vidhikarya for appointment of a lawyer. Act fast before he leaves the country.

A.You may file a criminal Case against your husband and in law's . Simultaneously you can also file a case under Domestic Violence Act and also file a case under section 125 cr p. c claiming maintenance for yourself and your son against your husband.
