A.Why you want to rely on pension documents for building up identity of children? How is this possible for admission in court? How such types of ideas come up in your mind? what is the matter and why are you pressing on such documents. Birth certificates are enough for admission in court.

In Assam we are facing a peculiar situation whereby we have to prove our linkage with our parents who are Indian citizens. Now in old official records such as birth certificate only father's name is mentioned not mother's. In this situation, since I don't have any other document to prove my linkage with my mother, can her pension paper in which names of her offspring are listed , be used as valid proof that she is my mother? Kindly note that this is not about proving my identity but linkage with her which means to establish that I am her son.
