I gave cheque to one of my employee that was a/c payee and was on his name to encash money for office expenses. He after receiving amount left my office and deneid to return back money. What legal actions may I take.

A.You have to take up the issue by serving him show cause notice with in 48 hrs and proceed with Criminal/Civil and recovery case against the emplyee.

A.You have to establish the liability during trail and you can proceed with serving a notice in this regard.

reached for FIR and court case but my lawyer said that my case doesn't stand as I haD given cheque on employees name and is account payee and same has been first transferred to my employee with my consent.

A.Lodge a complaint with the local police station for breach of trust and cheating. Parallelly you can also file a civil suit for recovery of money.

A.Your case comes under criminal breach of trust and cheating. Better way to File FIR in police against that employee.

I had given A/c payee cheque on employees name and amount was transferred in his account. Local advocate says since amount has been transferred as per my consent. It will be tough to stand.

A.Go-to police station and register u r fir against that person after u can file 420 case at court
