RTI against District Consumer Forum
I want to file a RTI against Consumer Forum asking that why my case is being delayed. My case is matching with a pre-decided case decided by National Consumer Forum. Will that decision given by NCDRC binding on District Consumer Forum or it will act as a precedent?

A.Please contact me with the judgement copies and the facts of your case. Proper vetting needs to be done when you are relying on a judgement/precedent similar to your case. You can get my contact details from Vidhikarya.
