We are residing in a standalone building having 22 flats and need to form a Association. Please let us know how much Vidhikarya will charge for this purpose. Further please let us know the steps or documents required for this.

A.You can form & register association it differs from state to state . I am High Court Advocate practicing in Maharashtra & Goa and Karnataka. You can contact through Vidhikarya for reasonable charges safely & quickly.

A.if it is in Bangalore, the official charges will come to some 20,000/-. If y9our bye-laws are yet to be written and other required documents are not ready the charge may vary, and advocates charges will be extra.

A.To.form an Association requires basic details like location of building, year of construction, OC details, and many other details.
