Query Regarding Domestic Violence Case

Could you please provide alternative option to initiate hearing in court for scenario that " wife raise charges against her husband, father/mother/brother in law as domestic violence, charges for dowry etc. Main accused husband ran away and not willing to surrender. As a result, hearing for other accused's case not yet started and are suffering a lot, although they are not guilty/having sufficient proofs also. Please provide references of similar situation case filed in court.

A.Client may opt a move in court concerned for framing or trial in absconding of husband, or for criminal writ or quashing if in-laws has been falsely been involved.

A.If this matter is pending you should ask your lawyer to move for passing order for arrest by court. And take accordingly further action through your lawyer.
