We have delivered training services to an IT Company on behalf of a Vendor, We have the PO and the training completion signed document from our trainer and IT company but now we are trying to reach Vendor for payment as per the PO shared and we are not getting the response from them, is there any legal thing we can do to get our amount as mentioned in PO.

Note: Acceptance of a PO by a seller usually forms a one-off contract between the buyer and seller, so no contract exists until the purchase order is accepted.

A.Send them a legal notice for recovery and even after that if they don't pay you your dues then hire a good lawyer to file summary suit under Order 37 of CPC. Summary suits are a good way to recover money within a short span of time as short as 2-3 months.
