Public Holiday Violation Public Holiday Violation

As we know there are several occasions Like Diwali, Eid-ul-fitr and Christmas which has it's own holiday. Eid-ul-azha is one of them but If any school or college doesn't provide holiday of that occasion so what can we do against them is it a violation of any rule ?
Please help.

A.These holidays are as per the Circular issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions.
It is presumed that your employment is subject to the provisions of the Regulation of Labour Laws so file a RTI application into both departments.

A.Hallo, public holiday are decided by gazette of government . If you want to know about public holidays decided by government then you must be file rti application into the office. Or visit to govt website for holiday calendar.

A.Its a gazetted holiday on 22 August Wednesday for Bakr Id/Eid ul-Adha. A gazetted holiday means that the holiday must be observed by schools, banks, and typically many employers observe the holiday as well. Do your findings. If you have doubts, you can write an RTI to the concern department for clarifications.
