My mother gifted a 1.5 satak property at westbengal corporation locality. There is two shop and two tenant as 'tenant at will'. This is mentioned at dolil. with out this document I have no documents that they are tenant. I am a 100% handicape person and unemployed. I have medical certificate. I talk them to evict, but they are not agreed. They claim that their parents are old and very ill and this shop are their only iincome source. But as a landloard and handicape person I want to open a shop at this property for my future. Is it possible to evict tenant and how??
